About these terms

These terms apply to enquiries, quotes, supply, installation, and maintenance services provided by Prima Water Purification ("we", "us", or "our") to you ("you" or "the customer"). By contacting us or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide residential and industrial water purification, under-counter reverse osmosis systems, water backup solutions, and wastewater treatment across Gauteng. We do not offer borehole drilling. Any system we recommend is based on an on-site assessment of your actual water conditions.

Quotes and assessments

Quotes are based on the information available at the time of assessment and the water conditions observed on site. Final specifications may change if site conditions differ from what was assessed. A quote does not constitute a binding contract until accepted in writing and any agreed deposit or scheduling is confirmed.

Warranty and guarantee

We provide a 12-month warranty on all products and a 2-year workmanship guarantee on installations we complete. These apply to work carried out by our team under normal use and do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, or conditions outside our control.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your property and water supply, allow reasonable access for assessment and installation, and follow any maintenance guidance we provide so the system continues to perform as intended.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any service is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of a system, or for water quality outcomes that depend on supply conditions outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version that applies to new enquiries and bookings.
